Upload artwork 
We want to make sure your artwork looks great on our product, so we recommend that you upload a high-resolution PDF, JPG, or EPS file. If possible, with the same dimensions as specified in “Select size” and with the colors that match those selected in “Select color.”

Select label type
We offer several label types:
Flat
A flat or straight cut label has no fold and can be sewn anywhere on the garment. This label type can either be sewn on all four sides or only one. The edges are also heat sealed to prevent fraying.
End fold
An end fold label can have folds either top/bottom or left/right, eliminating the edges of the labels, ensuring a soft, itch-free result. This label does not need to be sewn into a seam. It is also one of our most popular label folds.
Center fold
Center fold woven labels are creased in the center and sewn into a seam. Choose a center fold label if you need to include a lot of information. The upper half when folded will be the front and can hold the logo and company name. The lower half will be the back and can have additional information such as care instructions and contact information.
By default, we will add two sew-in borders of 5 mm of height (in background color) to center folded labels.
If the file you upload does not contain the entire label with front and back side but just a logo or similar, this will, by default, be placed without any rotation on the front side of the label only.
Manhattan fold
Manhattan fold woven labels are mostly used for hem tags. The extra fold on top edge eliminates exposed edges providing a clean look and soft result.
By default, we will add two sew-in borders of 5 mm of height (in background color) to Manhattan folded labels.
If the file you upload does not contain the entire label with front and back side but just a logo or similar, this will, by default, be placed without any rotation on the front side of the label only.
Book cover fold
Book cover fold woven labels are creased in the center and seam allowances is folder inward so the top of the label can be sewn in directly. Commonly used on sleeves.
By default, we will add two sew-in borders of 5 mm of height (in background color) to Book cover folded labels.
If the file you upload does not contain the entire label with front and back side but just a logo or similar, this will, by default, be placed without any rotation on the front side of the label only.
Hanger loop fold
Hanger loop or mitre fold woven label has each end folded up (standard) or folded down (reverse), creating two tabs that can be sewn into a seam and used as a hook loop. Hanger loop folds work best with a short and wide logo.
By default, the tabs will be 10 mm of height (in background color).
Laser cut/custom shape
Laser cutting method enables you to have more than just the square-cut design. It provides great accuracy and clean cuts without any fraying, as well as allowing for custom shapes with ease.
Please allow a tolerance of 1 to 2 mm for the laser cut. Please indicate the laser cut shape on a supporting file.

Select finish
| Starch Adding a starch finish to your labels will make them more rigid but also easier to sew clothing labels. It keeps the edges neat and flat for sewing, keeps the colors vibrant, and resists wrinkles. Ultrasound Adding ultrasound finish to your labels will make them extra soft, avoiding skin irritation and the removal of your label after purchase. |

We have a wide range of colors available to match your design. If you don’t see your label color, please specify a Pantone™ TPG or PMS C code in the Design notes/comments section and our design team will do their best to match it to an available thread color.
It is important to note that not all colors are available as threads. If you are interested in a large volume of labels, we can have yarn died to your specific needs. Please contact us through our Bespoke Services if required.
